It’s just filling my life with stuff that’s about weight loss. Couch-to-5k, they’re one of my fans and or friends on Facebook. You know, I carry my blackberry with me everywhere I go, so I see all the messages coming in. And on my Facebook, I learned this morning about training and adding in weights into your running program.
That’s whats got me motivated this week to do that. So, those are some things. A couple of new products I want to share with you. My newest favorite the fiber. I got rid of the Fiber Choice. They’re chalky, not fun to eat. These are gummies, 10 calories, and 5 grams of fiber. One more gram of fiber.
I need my fiber. Here is another fiber treat. Not a lot of protein. One hundred and twenty calories, nine grams of fiber, two proteins and this is the Fiber Plus antioxidant bar, chocolate chip from Kellogg. Skinny Water from Target, have you seen it? Have you tried it? I’m trying it. zero calories, zero sugars, zero guilt.
