And, you know, that’s just kind of all I wanted to say about it. I hope that, you know, don’t take that the wrong way anybody, but you know, use those forms wisely, and think about other people when you’re on there and you’re writing those posts so. To all dancers out there, good luck! I hope to have videos every week or every second week and to those, like I said, that are thinking about it, watch the videos, you know, feel free to e-mail or send me a through the YouTube messaging and I’ll try to answer them the best that I possibly could–can.
Oh! The one thing, and I guess I should of said it, mentioned it first off, is I never mentioned any numbers before in my videos. And by that I mean is I never revealed to all of you what exactly my weight was.
So, on March 11th when I was banded, I was 226 pounds. The heaviest that I have ever been in my entire life. Not something I’m proud of, but that was the reality of it. I had kind of come to a point where I wasn’t happy with myself, I wasn’t happy with the situation, I wasn’t happy with the way I was feeling.
And I can say in a month that has done basically a back flip and I feel so good. Today I weighed myself–actually, yesterday. I weighed myself on Monday. and I was down to 210.4. So, I’ve lost just about 16 pounds and that’s pretty awesome, because I don’t think I lost sixteen pounds on any diet, let alone thirty days.
